We're looking for a high-level Direct Response Video Editor to join our growing ecommerce team.
This starts as freelance, but we are looking long-term. If you prove yourself, this can quickly turn into a full-time remote position.
We already have one editor on the team and are now expanding as we scale. We are not looking for average. We are looking for someone who wants to become elite.

You Must Be Adaptable
We test and launch new brands frequently.
That means:
• You must be flexible
• You must be able to switch editing styles quickly
• You must adapt to different brand identities
• You must understand how tone, pacing, and emotion change depending on the product
One week you may edit bold, aggressive, scroll-stopping creatives.
Next week you may edit emotional, premium, trust-building content.
Adaptability is non-negotiable.
You MUST Understand Performance Marketing
This is direct response ecommerce.
You need to understand:
• What makes a strong hook
• How to optimize for retention
• How to prevent drop-off in first 3 seconds
• How to match visuals perfectly with the script
• Pacing, captions, pattern interrupts
• Emotional build-up and payoff
• How Meta ads actually work
You must understand BTC ecommerce (business to consumer).
You must be fluent in English.
You must be comfortable using for feedback and revisions.
