Employment Solicitor, NQ to 3 years’ PQE, West Midlands, £40,000-£50,000 (DOE) – A well-established Legal 500 law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its dedicated and thriving legal team. THE ROLE: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a reputable and expanding team in the West Midlands. You will manage a varied caseload of employment matters from start to finish including advising on contracts, disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy, TUPE, employment tribunal claims and settlement agreements. You will be responsible for a busy and often complex workload, delivering a high standard of client care while maintaining strong organisation, sound judgement and excellent attention to detail. THE CANDIDATE: The successful Employment Solicitor will have between NQ and 3 years’ PQE, ideally gained within a reputable employment law practice. You will have experience handling a range of employment matters and be comfortable managing your own caseload with guidance from senior colleagues. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide clear, practical and commercially minded advice.
