Pensions Officer Salary: Grade 7 (£37,099 - £44,263 p.a. depending on experience) This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. Within this specialist role, manage the administration service provided to members of the University's pension schemes. You will be responsible for overseeing and allocating the day-to-day administration tasks, along with monitoring service performance statistics. Working together the team is responsible for providing information, guidance and assistance, often of a complex nature, both verbal and written as and when required to scheme members, employees and internal and external colleagues. Ability to continuously improve processes are key to success within this role.
