Role Overview
This position is part of South Manchester’s evolving Family Help model, aiming to provide targeted, intensive support to families through multi-agency collaboration. The goal is to ensure families receive the right help at the right time from the most appropriate professionals.
This is a full-time role, working 7.25 hours per day, five days per week (36.25 hours total). The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle, as travel to family homes and community venues is a key part of the job.
