Pine Ridge and Lorraine Federation is seeking to recruit a committed and enthusiastic part-time Office Assistant to join their hardworking school team based at Lorraine Infant School and Nursery.

Your opportunity
Reporting to the Office Manager, the successful candidate will provide high quality, varied administrative support for the school, including financial and student welfare tasks. You will be based in our main school office and will be the first point of contact for receiving and processing payments and online financial transactions. Experience of working in an educational environment would be desirable.

The Details:
Start Date: 1st September 2026
Salary: GLF Associate 2.2 - £23,970 FTE
Actual Salary: £8,019.38
Hours of Work: 14 hours per week over 4 days - can be flexible with working pattern (39 weeks incl. INSET)
Closing Date: Friday 19th June at 9.30am
