Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness. Duties
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
* Manage the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and Google Ads.
* Oversee SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
* Utilise Google Analytics to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
* Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support in their daily activities.
* Create compelling copy for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
* Manage the company's website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimised for user experience.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within deadlines.
* Maintain an organised schedule of marketing activities, ensuring effective time management across projects.
* Utilise Adobe Photoshop for creating visually appealing marketing materials.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a management role within a marketing environment.
* Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing tools.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies.
* Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for design purposes.
* Experience using WordPress for website management.
* Knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics for campaign tracking and analysis.
* Excellent copywriting skills with an ability to create engaging content.
* Strong social media management skills across multiple platforms.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and campaign effectiveness.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
