Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of conditions across age groups. Interpret diagnostics and make specialist referrals when needed. Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold care excellence. Lead and contribute to service development and audits. ________________________________________ What You'll Need: Professional Registration: NMC, HCPC, or GPhC. Independent Prescriber: Registered as a non-medical prescriber. Advanced Clinical Education: Two Level 7 modules, including clinical assessment. Autonomous Practice Experience: In a multi-professional team environment.
