Overview
Cardiff and Vale Podiatry Services is seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and adaptable individual to provide clinical excellence within our busy department of approximately 60 staff.
The role is flexible for part‑time or full‑time work and offers a comprehensive rotational scheme for both entry‑level and experienced staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a range of high‑quality podiatry treatments, including biomechanical interventions and wound care, across community services.
* Maintain clinical responsibility and work closely with other community healthcare workers and provider agencies in various care settings, including community clinics, domiciliary work and care homes.
* Support the development of podiatry through participation in research and evidence‑based practice.
* Communicate effectively within the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and effective patient care.
Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills required to provide podiatry treatments.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
* Desirable but not essential: ability to speak Welsh; Welsh and/or English speakers are welcome.
* Commitment to professional development, CPD and career growth.
