In Our Team You Will Learn

In this role you will:
* Serve as a technical advisor and coach to clients and team members
* Advise clients on improving assurance capability e.g. controls testing
* Understand and solve complex business problems and present back solutions to stakeholders
* Write point of views on industry trends
* Lead and support in development of sales proposals and offerings
* Contribute assurance, risk and/or compliance SME knowledge to a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders
* Coach our teams and develop their skills and knowledge
* Contribute to the Risk practice community and build a network across Accenture & clients
* Act with integrity (perform work with honesty, objectivity, diligence, and responsibility) and adhere to relevant code of ethics/values (at Accenture and client site)
* Respect the confidentiality of information gained during the course of your work
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
* Bachelor's degree or above (preferably in maths, economics, accounting, or relevant sciences)
* Preferably part or fully ACCA/ACA/CCAB/IIA qualified or equivalent experience (5 - 8 years). Additional qualifications such as CISA are beneficial
* Relevant financial services audit or assurance experience with strong knowledge of current internal audit practices and techniques
* Proven experience to successfully lead an audit or assurance engagement, managing multiple deliverables within a pressurised environment
* Strong understanding of front to back risks, processes and controls including the distinction between them
* Demonstrable project management and project delivery experience
* Working in a team setting to tight and agile deadlines
* Experience managing medium to large teams, experience of managing remote teams is beneficial
* Strong MS office skills specifically in PowerPoint & Excel
* Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
* Commercial awareness to lead commercial engagements and spot market opportunities
* Ability to work across both Technology and Business stakeholders
