We are seeking a hands-on, mid-range HR Project Manager to support a key transformation programme within our client's business. This role sits within a fast-moving and sometimes sensitive environment, with a strong focus on organisational change, including redundancy programmes and associated HR activity.
Initially it will be a six-month contract. This full-time, which offers a hybrid working setup, based out of the Nottingham office.
Accountabilities:
* Lead and manage HR-related project workstreams, with a particular focus on redundancies and organisational change
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and governance structures
* Create and manage RAID logs, risk assessments, and issue tracking
* Ensure all documentation is robust, accurate, and compliant with internal standards and legal requirements
* Act as a key point of contact for stakeholder management
* Navigate sensitive HR matters
* Support consultation processes and work closely with HR and business leaders during organisational change
* Provide practical, hands-on support across all stages of the project lifecycle
Knowledge and Skills:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within HR or organisational change environments
* Strong track record of managing sensitive HR projects, ideally including redundancies or restructuring
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Strong understanding of project management fundamentals and governance
* Detail-oriented with a focus on documentation, xsngvjr due diligence, and process discipline
* Able to remain balanced and composed in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment
* Comfortable being very hands-on-this is a 'doer' role, not just oversight
* Experience with HR systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors ideal
* Background in energy, utilities, or similarly regulated industries beneficial
