Salary: Up to £20.50 per hour (depending on experience, training, and qualification)
Overview
Kings Park Hospital, part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading independent healthcare provider, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their Outpatients department. This bank role involves working on an as-needed basis to support staffing during busy periods or staff absences.
Responsibilities
* Deliver direct nursing care following patient care plans and clinical protocols.
* Assess patient needs, prioritize care, and update care plans.
* Monitor vital signs, recognize condition changes, and escalate appropriately.
* Administer medications safely according to hospital policies and NMC Code.
* Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
* Ensure care complies with NMC standards, clinical governance, and hospital policies.
* Report incidents, safeguarding concerns, and risks per hospital procedures.
Candidate Requirements
* Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
* Experience in a clinical healthcare setting.
* Knowledge of clinical governance, patient safety, and evidence-based practice.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Proficiency in IT systems related to patient records and care planning.
* Experience in relevant specialties (desirable): surgical, medical, outpatient, orthopaedics, critical care.
