We’re on the hunt for an Assistant General Manager who’s not just great at operations, but also knows how to bring the good vibes. If you love people, live for great service, and can juggle spreadsheets and beer taps with equal flair - we want to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting the General Manager in running the venue.
* Leading a team - motivating, mentoring, and making sure everyone’s smashing it.
* Keeping the place looking sharp, stocked up, and running smoothly.
* Getting stuck into events, launches, and all things Rebel.
* Making sure our customers leave with a smile (and maybe a new favourite beer).
* Helping with labor costings/Creating Rota's
* Keeping up with our social media, creating epic posts and keeping our brand recognised.
* Supporting with our GM with all Recruitment needs
* Supporting all onboarding for new starters
* Complete all stock control processes and review to ensure accurate.
* Responsible for stock ordering, ensuring costs are controlled and to budget.
What we’re looking for
* Experience in hospitality or retail management - you know your way around a busy venue.
* A natural leader who’s all about team spirit and positive energy.
* Someone who’s organised, proactive, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
