Senior Clinical Educator – Mental Health (Adult Services)
Salary: Up to £55,000 + car allowance
Location: National role – based anywhere in the UK
Working pattern: Remote working with national travel
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Clinical Educator to join a leading organisation within adult mental health services. This is a national role offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact on clinical practice and workforce development across the UK.
The Role
* Lead on the design, delivery, and evaluation of clinical education and training programmes within adult mental health services
* Support and develop clinical staff to maintain high standards of care and evidence-based practice
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders nationally
* Travel across the UK as required, alongside remote working
1. Requirements
* Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration
* Experience working within adult mental health services
* A training/teaching qualification is desirable or proven experience in a similar clinical education, training, or practice development role
* Strong communication, leadership, and facilitation skills
* Willingness to travel nationally
