About the Role As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the class teacher and contributing to a positive, engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include: Providing one-to-one and small-group support Assisting with lesson planning, delivery, and follow-up tasks Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEND and EAL Promoting positive behaviour and contributing to effective classroom management Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents What We’re Looking For Experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine passion for supporting learning Excellent communication and teamwork skills Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
