Our client is a well established menswear brand based in Central London, they are lookig to grow their team as such are looking for Merch Admin Assistant who will report to the Merchandiser, you will help support the merchandiser develop and deliver the merchandising plan which meets the company’s financial goals.
Job Scope: Merchandising Admin Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the merchandising department.
Their responsibilities revolve around ensuring the efficient and effective execution of merchandising strategies, administration and processes.
Data Management
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information, including pricing, and images on continuity, in NetSuite (ERP Sytsem)
* Monitor inventory levels and update stock availability information as needed.
* Seasonal and Continuity seasonal coding system maintenance
* Managing re-coding to ensure OTB management and allocations are correct for the season.
* Regular system cost review ensuring accurate inventory valuation by channel.
Assortment Planning:
1. Assist in analysing sales trends and customer preferences to help plan the assortment of products that will be offered.
2. Collaborate with the merchandiser to plan product ranges, considering factors like seasonality, key items, and target customer.
3. Build a history of best sellers by product category and key items, to help range build future ranges.
