A global engineering company that tackles challenges within the positioning, navigation and timing space is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support product delivery, integration, and customer deployment across complex technical environments.
What youll do as a Technical Support Engineer
* Provide technical support to customers
* Prepare, configure, and integrate software and hardware for existing and potential customers
* Troubleshoot and investigate real-world technical issues
* Support field trials, evaluations, and customer deployments
* Produce and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials
What youll bring as a Technical Support Engineer
* Strong hands‑on troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
* Experience integrating software applications or hardware with products/systems
* Confident customer‑facing communication skills
* Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and overseas
