Job Description
* Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
* Provide expert advice and guidance on accounting and finance matters.
* Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Identify opportunities to enhance client services and support business growth.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.
* Coordinate and oversee the work of junior team members where required.
* Ensure all work is delivered within agreed timelines and meets quality standards.
* Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to offer relevant advice.
The Successful Applicant
* Professional qualifications in accounting or finance, such as ACCA or ACA (QBE will be considered).
* Experience managing client portfolios within the professional services industry.
* A strong understanding of accounting and finance principles.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and client management.
