You will be providing project support to the business Responsible for liaising with Project Managers, customers, dealing with queries Working to deadline’s and providing all round administration support to the business. Liaise with Project Managers on new projects assigned Create and complete site files Prepare Operations & Maintenance files per project Ensure labour sheets are completed and distributed by weekly deadline Organise accommodation for site staff when out on location Order stationary/office supplies Place and distribute uniform orders Assist with the administration of Tenders, including quotes Incoming/outgoing post Carry out DBS checks Record usage of company vehicles - including inspections, licence checks, processing fines Responsible for archiving Report and IT issues Deal with credit account application forms Assist Senior Managers with administrations tasks as and when necessary ...
