** Overview
We are seeking a skilled and confident Dental Nurse (Qualified) to join our dental practice in providing high-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and organised individual with excellent communication skills. Part-time position, shifts will be 8 hours between the hours of 8am-6pm (either 2, 3 or 4 days per week), no weekends.
** Duties
* Assisting dentists and/or therapists during various dental procedures
* Providing chairside support to patients with an empathetic and caring approach
* Ensuring the cleanliness and sterilisation of dental instruments and surgery space
* Maintain dental compliance in Decontamination tasks and Surgery checks
* Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records
* Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and advice on the benefits of our retail products
* Managing stock levels and ordering supplies as required
* Effective communication with patients in relation to their treatment journeys
* Using IT systems for patient management
** Experience
* Successful candidate will be a qualified Dental Nurse and registered with GDC
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to provide exceptional patient care
* Experience nursing for Implant treatments - Desireable
* Familiarity with Dental IT systems includuing R4, DTX and Rego - Desireable
