Enabling Support Worker
Location: Cirencester
Salary: £12.25 per hour
Hours: 19 hours per week

The Role
As an Enabling Support Worker, your role is to provide support and encouragement, following the guidance of the person supported and the person-centred support plan.
You will maintain accurate records as required and may need to administer personal care and medication. The role includes covering sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.
The organisation offers person-centred care for adults with physical and/or intellectual disabilities, including dementia, aiming to enable independence. They operate three independent living services, ranging from daytime to 24-hour sleep-in care, all connected through a disability charity that promotes community integration.
