Days -Pay rate £14.43 per hour.
Shifts - Pay Rate £15.89 per hour.

Starting on days and moving on to rotating shifts
Days - 07.00-16.00 Mon-Thurs and 07.00-12.00 on Friday (30-minute break)
Shifts -06.00-14.00 Monday to Thursday and 06.00-13.00 on Friday and 14.00 -22.00 Monday to Thursday and 13.00-20.00 on Friday (20 minutes break) Rotating fortnightly.
39 hrs per week + possible overtime
Our client is a leading international manufacturing company based in Leamington Spa. They are looking for a Machine Operator to join their existing team on a temporary ongoing basis.
The Role:
As a Machine Operator, you will be operating and running the press machines
Manufacturing components to a high standard
Ability to interpret and work to engineering drawings
Using engineering measuring equipment such as Vernier’s, callipers, or Micrometres
Maintaining machinery by cleaning it and making sure it is in working order and checking and ordering materials needed.
Working with multiple types of metal, including stainless steel and aluminium
Removing and cleaning of finished parts ready for Production.
Completing your own quality control checks
Completion of documentation
Keeping to tight deadlines and targets
The successful candidate will ideally have previous CNC bending or machine shop experience within a manufacturing organisation
