What We're Looking For:
Level 2/3 Early Years Practitioner who's as excited about bubble-blowing as they are about early development goals
Someone who can multitask like a superhero-wiping noses, leading storytime, AND navigating the tricky terrain of toddler negotiations (seriously, it's a skill).
A sense of humour -because working with children = endless surprises
A passion for creating safe, nurturing, and super fun environments where every child can thrive.
Your Day Might Include:
Organizing treasure hunts for budding explorers (aka toddlers).
Mastering the art of dodging paint splatters while encouraging creativity.
Channelling your inner child to help build the best fort ever during free play.
Supporting little learners through their early stages of development with love, care, and the occasional sing-along.

The Serious Stuff:
You'll need to be qualified to Level 2 or 3 in Early Years Education (and passionate about what you do).
Up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
