Electrical Shift Engineer\nEuston\n£46,000\n\nGreat vacancy for a junior Electrical Shift Engineer to gain exposure to a high end commercial property which is a short walk from Euston train station. You'll be joining a long standing, well respected building service provider and be part of a tight knit maintenance team!\n\nThis is a static role, following a fixed shift schedule of 4 on / 4 off, (Day shift only, no nights)\n\nElectrical Shift Engineer duties:\n \nPPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance \nElectrical Fault-Finding \nSingle & Three Phase Power \nEmergency Lighting \nFire Alarms \nBMS Operation \nAHUs \nFCUs \nGenerators \nVAV/VRFs \nWater Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc). \nCooling Towers \nPumps & Motors \nSite Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations Electrical Shift Engineer Requirements:\n \nFully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent) + 17th edition minimum \nAt least 3 years experience in commercial building maintenance \nGood knowledge of commercial mechanical and electrical systems \nClient facing skills \nApprentice trained would be desirable, not essential Package + Benefits:\n \n£46,000 per annum \n4 on / 4 off shift pattern, (Day shift only) \nCompany pension scheme \nInternal progression \nPlenty of overtime on site \nAdditional training \nGreat role to progress internally \nExposure to a high end commercial property If you're an experienced Electrical Shift Engineer and you're interested in the role above, please apply today
