ROLE OVERVIEW We are currently looking for an Engineering Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in the East Sussex area. As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and compliance of all premises, equipment, and systems. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Your duties as the Engineering Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows: 1. Support the Head of Engineering to ensure all premises, equipment, and systems comply with current Health & Safety regulations, maintaining documentary evidence as needed. 2. Collaborate with production departments to achieve shared goals for output, productivity, and machine efficiency. 3. Lead and support maintenance engineers in analysing equipment failures and implementing effective CAPAs. 4. Report weekly KPIs and communicate goal achievement to motivate staff within a continuous improvement culture. ROLE REQUIREMENTS: To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Engineering Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history: 1.
