The hotel has 15 well-appointed conference and meeting rooms, catering
for up to 600 delegates. It offers a

both guests and employees of the hotel.
A
bit about what you will do...
The
position would be required to provide a seamless service of communication
between clients, events and reservations, ensuring all requests are actioned
with immediate effect and all rooming list are entered accurately and
effectively in a timely manner
To
accept, process & manage group reservations to ensure maximum occupancy and
accuracy ensuring that all possible information is recorded, i.e. address,
guarantee, method of payment, time of arrival and any additional information
* Assist with the taking and processing of reservations when
business demands
* Welcome, Greet and Register conference organisers and candidates
* To
attain the weekly function sheet from events ensuring that all details are
communicated to the rest of the team
* Ensure
exemplary levels of guest service are consistently maintained
* To hold and carryout
handover with late/early shift.
* Ensure
all guest and colleague queries or requests are handled in a polite, efficient
and courteous manner
* Adhere
to all company credit policies to ensure that all revenue expected will be
received
More
about you...
* Previous customer service experience essential
* Hotel experience preferred in Reservation or Front Office.
* Computer literate
