Everycare Rugby & Warwickshire is a family run home care company who have been working in Rugby for the past 16 years.
We have a very friendly and supportive management team who truly care and cherish relationships with all our carers as part of the family and our service users.
Community Care Assistant Responsibilities:
* Provide and assist with daily activities including personal care and support to our service users in their homes
* Assist with meal preparation
* Administer/support with medications
* Assist with mobility and transfers
* Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
* Assist in the community with shopping, GP appointments and trips out in general
* Provide companionship and emotional support to our service users
Hours:
Part time Time - 20 hours
Attributes:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience is preferred but not essential
* Compassionate, empathetic and and patient nature
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently under guidance from the Management team
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence
* Ability to pass a background check
