Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role as a Director based in Luton. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the company, ensuring alignment with Promptmove’s strategic goals and maintaining the highest standards of service in the real estate sector. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the team, driving business growth, managing budgets and resources efficiently, and building strong customer relationships. Additionally, the Director will work closely with team members to develop innovative strategies for marketing, sales, and property management while ensuring compliance and promoting team development.
