Position Details:
* Type: Full-time, permanent
* Working hours: Monday - Thursday (08:00 - 17:00, 45 min break), Friday (08:00 - 16:00, 30 min break)
* Reports to: Senior Management
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contracts & Operational Support: managing reports, assisting with programs, tracking van times, sourcing utility information, processing invoices, supporting tenders.
2. Administrative Support & Office Management: supporting directors and staff, maintaining filing systems, handling correspondence, managing office supplies, reception duties, and internal catering.
Essential Criteria:
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, digital platforms)
* Ability to work independently, attention to detail, confidentiality
* Organizational and multitasking skills
* Effective communication skills and client rapport
Desirable Criteria:
* Experience in similar roles, handling contracts, invoices, or financial admin
* Teamwork and cross-functional achievements
