Making A Difference as a Senior Early Years Practitioner

This role supports the implementation of the Family Hub model, giving every child the best start in life.
Responsibilities include:
* Planning and delivering high‑quality early years practice that nurtures children’s communication, physical development, and personal, social and emotional growth.
* Observing and responding to each child’s individual needs, ensuring consistent, nurturing support from the earliest stages.
* Championing early identification of need, targeted interventions and inclusive strategies to improve Good Level of Development (GLD) outcomes across all settings, raising quality and ensuring every child is on a positive learning trajectory.
* Working closely with families to model positive relationships and support children to achieve strong GLD, setting them up for success in school and beyond.
