We at Cora Health are delighted to currently looking for an Advanced Musculoskeletal (MSK) Clinician, who is passionate about providing high‑quality, patient‑centred care to join us as part of a large multidisciplinary team in Wakefield. We are looking for a well‑organised Advanced MSK Clinician to deliver quality clinical care for patients with MSK conditions. While carrying out comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs, you must formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge are achieved.
Qualifications
* Hold a relevant Physiotherapist degree or Masters qualification.
* Have experience working at clinical level 7 and be able to prove MSK competencies at application.
* A senior physiotherapist or FCP looking for an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist role.
* Previous experience delivering musculoskeletal services with tangible results and a commitment to excellent, personalised care.
* A deep understanding of the impact of Musculoskeletal pain in the wider community and how collaborative working across the local system enables prevention and addresses health inequalities.
* Current valid registration with your relevant professional body or equivalent regulator (HCPC).
* Outstanding values that underpin clinical expertise and people management.
* Proven track record of influencing patients, people, commissioners, and pathways.
* Understand, influence and drive quality of audits and the integration of evidence‑based practice.
* Educational acuity in developing and providing specialist teaching in Musculoskeletal.
* Strong desire and drive to deliver innovation and lead on change.
* Experience of developing team members.
* A passion for treating people holistically, integrating with other services and addressing health inequalities.
Desirable Skills
* Carrying out MSK injections.
* Local knowledge of the area and demographic of people we work with.
* Advanced competence in rehab.
