Do you want to Be A Part of something unique?
As Head of Food & Beverage, you'll lead all F&B operations at Hart Shoreditch from breakfast service and the lobby bar to events, restaurant, and in-room dining. Youll balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, creative vision with commercial discipline. This role requires someone who can bring a sense of style, purpose, and cohesion to every F&B touchpoint across the hotel.
Youll collaborate closely with the GM to drive guest satisfaction, lead commercial planning, and cultivate a strong team culture. The ideal candidate will have a background in lifestyle-led F&B venues, with experience in concept development, service delivery, financial control, and event execution.
What Youll Do Leadership & Culture Lead the F&B team with confidence, clarity, and a guest-first approach
Inspire creativity across menus, service style, and programming
Build an inclusive, supportive & creative culture that reflects the spirit of Hart Shoreditch
Operations & Standards Drive revenue through strategic management of commercial initiatives with the leadership team.
Have a firm grip on the P&L and take ownership over business costs, finding efficient solutions while maintaining high quality.
Work closely with the Head Chef on menu development and food consistency.
Oversee day-to-day F&B operations, including restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and events.
Ensure consistent service quality and presentation across all outlets.
Maintain compliance with H&S, licensing, food hygiene, and financial protocols.
Manage systems including POS, stock, reporting, and rotas.
Commercial & Financial Drive revenue through creative F&B strategy, programming, and offer design
Monitor COS, labour, and operational costs target profitability across all services
Support budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability in partnership with GM
Guest Experience & Brand Alignment Champion warm, confident, and polished service that reflects our lifestyle positioning
Align all F&B touchpoints with the brand tone and experience
Collaborate with marketing on menu storytelling, social content, and events
People & Development Recruit, train and grow a multi-skilled, agile team
Set clear goals and provide regular feedback and development
Celebrate individuality and support a team culture rooted in respect and passion
About You 3+ years of F&B leadership experience in hotels or lifestyle-driven environments
Understands what makes a space feel relevant, warm, and creative
Balances operational rigour with high-touch hospitality instincts
Strong financial acumen, able to interpret a P&L and turn insight into action
Brings fresh ideas, a commercial mindset, and a collaborative spirit
ABOUT YOU You have 3+ years of F&B leadership experience in hotels or lifestyle-driven environments
