This role that you are applying for, will be working for KINTO-UK Ltd which is a Mobility Brand owned by the Toyota Group, offices located in Portsmouth. KINTO-UK share their HR function with Toyota Financial Services (TFS) in the UK, however the job being advertised will not be working directly for Toyota Financial Services
The role in a nutshell: A highly visible role within the business requiring consistent delivery of sales figures month on month against our business plan. Responsible for the business development of vehicle fleets (from 100 to 800) across the UK from within the corporate, not for profit and/or public sector markets.
A bit about the ‘Department': The multi-brand sales team are a fun, collaborative and hard-working group who strive to meet the fleet needs of major corporates, public sector and not for profit organisations in the UK. From funding to fleet management and mobility, our team will consult, support and offer a blend of products and services, that together attract new customers and help drive our existing customer's fleet ambitions forward.
What you'll be doing:
Prospecting and winning new customers, to achieve individual sales targets
Identifying and proposing solutions to sell to prospective customers
Working in partnership with telemarketing to maximise appointment opportunities
Tailor solutions as appropriate to ensure customer needs are met, make proposals to the Head of New Business and Senior Management team to ensuring an appropriate return in improved efficiencies or supplemental profit
Ensure all solutions recommended to customers are deliverable, accompanied by approved profit models and demonstrate sustainable account profitability
Identify opportunities to re-engage previous KINTO customers, understanding reasons for leaving, addressing and satisfying to a level that the customer returns
Utilise CRM (Salesforce) ensuring all sales activity is recorded and maintained
Build relationships with manufacturer and supply chain, to establish mutual opportunities
Preparation of reports summarising activity as required

Progress to manage complex, major fleet bids
Develop new advanced negotiation and presentation skills
Gather cross department experience of our operational capability and how we deliver our products and services
Increase customer awareness by following and assisting successful bids through a full implementation process to ‘go live'
Enhance responses through creative thinking and design

Requirements
Key Experience & Skills:
Essential:
Proven new business success in fleet industry
Highly computer literate
Ability to create, present and negotiate solutions internally and externally up to C-Suite
Natural self-starter with consultative approach
Work without direct supervision and on own initiative
Desirable:
OPL background
Salesforce CRM understanding
Use of Deloitte fleet analysis software
Understanding of MaaS and SaaS in fleet environment
