The school look after a wide range of special needs & disabilities that includes SLD, MLD, ASD, Complex Needs & SEMH. The school are well respected in the area and have gone through some large, exciting re-developments recently. The roles The school have a few different gaps across the school which will be a range of different age groups and needs. So whatever you best specialise in - the school should be able to accommodate you! The school are open to a range of applications so if you're a special needs support worker looking for an introduction to school work - this could be the perfect opportunity! In terms of experience you either need to have worked in a school setting before or have good experience working with special needs & disabilities in professional setting. The school need people who are reliable, adaptable, enthusiastic, calm and confident in dealing with challenging behaviour.
