My client is a reputable FM company who are recruiting a Deputy Shift Leader in their critical division, to work on a prestigious contract in Canary Wharf, managing critical building systems and supporting the day to day leadership of the engineering shift team
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, technically capable engineer/lead ready to step into a deputy leadership role on a high-profile critical site as a 2nd in command.
The Role
As Deputy Shift Leader, you will:
1. Act as the senior engineer on shift under the lead, supporting leadership for day-to-day technical operations
2. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and critical systems
3. Take ownership of mechanical/electrical systems including LV/HV distribution, plant, and associated infrastructure
