Role Responsibilities
As an Audit Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the firm’s audit function and driving business success. Your responsibilities will include:
* Taking overall responsibility for the audit function, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering excellent client service
* Managing a portfolio of high-value clients, providing tailored audit and advisory services
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on technical and strategic matters
* Identifying opportunities for business development and leading initiatives to grow the audit portfolio
* Leading and mentoring a team of audit professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
* Working closely with other partners to develop and execute the firm’s strategic objectives
* Representing the firm externally to enhance its reputation and market presence

Candidate Requirements
We’re seeking an accomplished professional with strong leadership skills and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have:
* ACA or ACCA qualification, with significant experience in audit at a senior level
* Proven track record of managing client portfolios and delivering high-quality audit services
* Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to business development
* Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships
* A strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to the firm’s growth and success
