Job Purpose
The Business Process Analyst plays a key role within the EUA Business Process & Information Technology department (EUA BPIT). This department oversees the management of Strategy & Innovation, Enterprise Architecture, Business Process, and IT Operations across the Europe and Africa region. As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimising and streamlining our business processes to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement. Your responsibilities include providing business process management, quality management, business services, training, systems support, and system development management.
Primary Job Responsibilities and Measurement:
As a Business Process Analyst, your main focus will be on the following areas:
Business Processes:
1. Implement and enhance existing business processes across the EUA region, collaborating with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
2. Coordinate the documentation and communication of processes to stakeholders, ensuring quality, completeness, and adherence to timelines.
3. Conduct thorough analyses to identify root causes and provide valuable suggestions for improvement.
4. Effectively communicate process changes to stakeholders and internal clients.
5. Deliver process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and system manuals.
6. Provide guidance and support to the EUA Off-Shore Service Desk.
7. To support the Management of any projects overseen by EUA BPIT.
Training:
8. Provide process and system training to business users as required.
9. Develop training schedules and agendas.
10. Seek feedback from our business users, incorporating their valuable input to continuously improve the training experience.
Change Management:
11. Manage process and system changes, analysing requested changes and documenting system requirements.
12. Deliver process documentation (SOPs, system manuals) for new or updated processes.
13. Lead Business Justification documentation for system changes, adhering to the RoE (Rules of Engagement), supporting and conducting Testing, measuring Value and announcement sending.

31. Liner Business functions end users and business stakeholders to facilitate business process mapping and elicit requirements for improvement of systems.
