About the Role
The post holder will provide a key role within the Greater Manchester Reconnect Service as a Senior Prison Link Worker (SPLW). They will support the provision of excellent engagement opportunities for adults leaving prison environments or recently released and reintegrating to community services.
Responsibilities
* Represent the prison link worker workforce at various meetings to influence service development and delivery.
* Work closely with the Clinical Lead, Senior Practitioners and Team Manager to support day‑to‑day oversight, coordination and delivery of a quality service offer.
* Ensure the service is provided to service users safely and timely, in accordance with the service specification.
* Embodied Trust values, supporting inclusive workforce and development of lived experience opportunities for users.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills and support the development of prison link workers by sharing knowledge and role‑modeling.

Pre‑employment Checks

You will be required to enrol for this service for a fee of £16 per year and maintain registration throughout your employment with GMMH.
