We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our client who are leaders in their field focused in utilities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working on varied administrative tasks, and take pride in delivering high-quality support, we want to hear from you!
Key Duties Include:
* Data quality checking to ensure accuracy across systems.
* Sorting out and processing payments.
* General administration including filing, scheduling, responding to inquiries and reporting duties.
* Gathering statistics and producing reports.
* Inputting engineer time sheets.
Key Skills:
We are looking for a team player with excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
* The ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload effectively.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
