The Project Delivery and Change Directorate (PD&C) sits within DBT Corporate Services. The Directorate sets functional standards, grows capability, and rolls out best practice in project delivery and change through frameworks, guidance, and advisory support. We also have oversight of DBT’s major projects and run key change programmes.
The Strategic Performance Analysts will play an important front-facing role in ensuring our data is effectively reported and shared with the right senior leadership audience in Corporate Services. They will promote join up across the Group, developing a holistic understanding of the different functions operate and applying a collaborative approach. They will work in a small team with a broad and cross-cutting remit, where the post holder will shape their work and be expected to prioritise and identify new opportunities for impactful work. The successful candidates will focus in:
* Applying analytical thinking and techniques to create compelling evidence-based and actionable data stories to inform strategic decisions.
* Managing stakeholder engagement ensuring all reporting requirements are met, creating new reports and dashboards where appropriate.
* Supporting teams to improve efficiency and performance, identifying relevant metrics, providing analytics, and proactively implementing process automation solutions.
* Monitoring the directorate’s financial performance.
* Forging links with other analytical teams and subject areas across the department.
