About The Role We are recruiting an additional Midday Meals Supervisor to join our team supervising students during the lunchtime period and ensuring good standards of behaviour are maintained throughout the lunch period. The successful candidate will organise entry into the canteen, ensuring a calm atmosphere and supervise the students during their exit from the canteen, and will supervise duty points around the Academy.They will provide support where necessary, addressing issues calmly and politely and in doing so, being a role model to the students. Successful candidates will; have excellent communication skills be able to build a rapport and relationships with students and staff be responsible for the welfare and health and safety of students contribute to the Academy's responsibility for safeguarding students Midday Meals Supervisors work 7.5 hours per week - 1 pm to 2.30 pm each day.
