Whether you’re an experienced TA or someone looking to begin a career in education, this is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with pupils and support their progress in the classroom.
The Role:
* Supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (based on experience and school need)
* Providing one-to-one or small group support
* Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
* Helping create a positive and engaging learning environment for all students
Requirements:
* A positive, patient, and reliable approach to working with children
* Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting (paid or voluntary)
* A valid DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply through Teaching Personnel)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
