Working as a Product Specialist, you will be part of the EHR team developing successful digital solutions across the Trust's EHR estate. The post holder will:
1. Develop solutions based on evidence of user needs and organisational outcomes.
2. Work with the team to develop design ideas and improvements.
3. Prototype design ideas using various methods, including configuration in the demo environment.
4. Interpret evidence-based research and incorporate it into their work.
5. Support the values and standards of inclusive and accessible design.
You should have, or be developing, an awareness of lean and agile methods and be familiar with shared toolkits of techniques, processes, and systems. Flexibility is essential, as you will work on different projects and services depending on business priorities and demands.

Our Electronic Health Record (EHR) support services within the Digital division aim to establish a more integrated team to improve collaboration and communication between EHR-facing teams, thereby enhancing the support provided to frontline staff.
A Digital Project Management Office (PMO) has been introduced to better manage ongoing complex projects within the division and support the delivery of digital projects, programmes, and workstreams within Trust initiatives.
