You'll work closely with an experienced associate in Canterbury, but this is your opportunity to generate work, build relationships with agents, and grow a practice area that's genuinely valued and properly resourced.
The Role
This is for someone who can build, not just service:
* Generate and manage your own caseload from inception to completion
* Develop strong relationships with local estate agents and referrers in the Thanet area
* Handle residential conveyancing independently: sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity
* Experience in plot sales, development work, and new builds advantageous
* Work collaboratively with a 20-strong residential property team while maintaining autonomy

About You
* Qualified Residential Property Lawyer (any route: solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer)
* Flexible on seniority, but you must have local connections and the ability to develop work
* Strong following or established links with estate agents preferred
* Technically competent handling residential conveyancing with minimal supervision
* Confident prioritising workload and meeting/exceeding targets
