We're hiring a Head of Commercial Operations for a progressive management consultancy specialising in infrastructure. This is a high-impact role at the heart of the UK business, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive profitable growth, strengthen governance, and elevate commercial performance.
The Opportunity
You'll own the commercial framework across pricing, forecasting, project performance and working capital—bringing rigour, insight and challenge to ensure strong margin delivery and financial integrity.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading commercial planning, forecasting and performance tracking
Driving margin improvement across a project-based portfolio
Overseeing pricing strategy, proposal support and revenue optimisation
Strengthening working capital, WIP and cash performance
Delivering sharp commercial insight and scenario modelling to senior leaders
Enhancing governance, controls and commercial best practice
About You
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
Background in commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering
Strong experience in pricing, forecasting and project profitability
Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
Experience in infrastructure or professional services preferred (not essential)
Commercially sharp, analytical and confident in challenging the status quo
