The Client Experience Host will use outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients from the moment they enter our showroom, creating a personal luxury experience that goes above and beyond expectations. The role involves shop‑floor interactions, building lasting relationships, and carrying out administrative duties in the back office.
Responsibilities
* Build close and long‑lasting relationships with clients.
* Find solutions that meet specific client needs.
* Represent the brand with confidence and knowledge.
* Engage customers from entrance to exit, ensuring a personal and luxurious experience.
* Support administrative tasks in the back office, complementing shop floor duties.
Qualifications
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience within hospitality or luxury retail.
* Ability to build rapport and long‑lasting relationships with clients.
* Great understanding of what an exceptional customer experience looks like.
* Experience working within a high‑performing team.
* Excellent organisational skills.
