Siamo Recruitment is currently recruiting for packer/co-pack operatives to work at our client's site in DIRFT, NN67GX.
Shift pattern
Mon-Fri 06:00-14:00 (occasional weekend overtime)
Pay Rate:
Pay £13.62 per hour
(Overtime AM/PM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday is paid at £17.27 p/h.
Overtime AM/PM Sunday is paid at £21.27 p/h)
Job description & Duties:
* Managing a team of up to 10 people
* Allocating workers to production?lines
* Checking and preparing inbound stock pallets
* Setting up?production lines (including conveyor belts, tables, equipment, Trakrap, etc)
* Running?jobs on the system (Nulogy)
* Scanning all components according to Bill of Materials
* Briefing the team SKU,?description?of the work, pallet spec, quantities etc.
* Moving pallets in and out of production?line
* Quality checks of produced goods
* Reconciliation of goods and consumables at the end of the run
* Line clear down
* Working with other?Line?leads and Team?leader to prepare production plan
* Monitoring productivity and efficiency
* Resolving any issues arising during production run
* Ensuring compliance with H&S and Quality regulations
* Maintaining fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.
