You will be joining a leading facilities management provider known for maintaining world-class standards across data centres and prestigious commercial facilities. The Role Your primary focus will be ensuring all environmental conditions and critical building systems are maintained to the highest standards. You will handle both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive/breakdown works across various mechanical systems. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance & Fault Finding: Execute PPM tasks and reactive repairs on HVAC, Hot & Cold-Water Systems, and Generators. System Diagnostics: Utilise graphical information and alarm data to identify and remedy plant faults swiftly. Safety & Compliance: Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments (RAMS) and operate under a Permit to Work system.
