Venn Group are currently partnering with a growing Housing Association who are looking for a Service Charge Improvement Assistant to join their team.
Job title: Service Charge Improvement Assistant
Location: Kent
Salary: £30,000 – 31,000 pa
Duties:
* Deliver high quality customer service and help to resolve queries and complaints
* Attend in-person consultations
* Support the wider business with training as part of the project implementation
* Assist with administrative tasks, including arranging and minuting project meetings, obtaining updates from stakeholders and monitoring and updating the project plan
Experience / Skills;
* Experience in a customer-service focused position
* Well organised, proactive and strong attention to detail
* Intermediate ICT skills
* Full UK driving licence
