A well-established international bank is looking for an Arabic-speaking Client Services Associate to support its front-office team in London. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in private banking, financial services customer support to play a hands-on role in supporting client relationships and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll be working closely with senior team members, assisting with account administration, onboarding, and client interactions. This role requires a proactive, organised individual with strong attention to detail and a professional, client-focused approach. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with client onboarding, KYC reviews, and account opening Supporting the relationship team with diary management and credit file preparation Handling client requests during in-person visits and via phone/email Liaising with internal departments to follow up on transactions and card services Managing accurate records of client accounts and documentationAbout you: Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) Previous experience in private banking, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably within banking.
