We are looking for an administrator to work with the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Manager in the Organisation Development and Engagement team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and brings creativity to their work. As a team, we deliver a wide range of exciting and meaningful projects across BU, and you’ll play a key part in supporting them. This includes leadership and talent development, e-learning design, and large-scale internal events such as strategy development sessions and leadership conferences. You’ll also contribute directly to our EDI agenda by supporting our staff networks, coordinating events and communications, maintaining our EDI webpages and assisting with our equality charter work.
